We are thrilled to announce that GLC24 will be closely intertwined with HIM Thailand Camp, offering an incredible opportunity for international delegates. As such this means:
- All international Life Group Leaders and above are invited to join GLC24 on 2 May and then continue with Thai Camp from 3-6 May.
- All international members who are non-leaders are invited to join Thai Camp from 3-6 May.
- For those of you who are bringing your children, there will be children’s program from 2-6 May.
- For planning purposes, please take note that meals (2 Tea Breaks, 1 Lunch & 1 Dinner) is provided during GLC24 on 2 May only. For the Thai Camp, meals can be purchased from all the local food stalls at the convention center.

Children's Program overview
On 2 May, the children will be visiting National Astronomical Park at Chiangmai (NARIT) in the morning. and Chiangmai Night Safari at late afternoon. For more information about NARIT and Chiang Mai Night Safari, visit the links below. Transport, drink and meals for the day are provided.
The children’s program from 3-6 May will take place at the convention center. This offers a unique opportunity for children, both from Thailand and international churches, to engage in enjoyable activities and learn together.

Registration method
The registration shall be centralised by church. The registration form will be sent to your pastor on 1 December 2023. Kindly register through your church. Please take note of the following:
All international churches that are outside of Asia 4 (Thailand & Myanmar) and Asia 6 (Indo-China), are to submit registration to HIM.
Churches from Asia 4 and Asia 6 (including their daughter churches) shall submit registration to HIM Thailand. Registration for Asia 4 & Asia 6 shall open in January 2024. Please refer to HIM Thailand.

For those joining GLC24 &Thai Camp, arrive in Chiang Mai latest by 1 May as GLC24 starts on 2 May morning.
For those joining Thai Camp only, please arrive in Chiang Mai latest by 3 May morning, as Thai Camp starts on 3 May afternoon (after lunch).

Transport
We apologize that we are unable to offer airport pickup or daily transportation between the hotel and the convention site. If you plan to use e-hailing services, we recommend traveling in groups for convenience and safety. We are in the process of compiling a list of contact information for church members who provide e-hailing services and will share it with you when it is completed.
FAQs
If you are and LGL and above and attending GLC24, registration starts at 8.00 am on 2 May. Once you’re registered for this, you’ll also be registered for Thai Camp.
If you are a non-leader or not attending GLC24, please take note that Thai Camp registration starts at 11.00 am on 3 May.
Yes, translation services will be provided via Zoom. Please install Zoom on your mobile device and bring along earphones. It is recommended that you bring a power bank to charge your devices as well.
Chiang Mai is reasonably safe, however it is best to be cautious and not travel alone.
Please note that the registration rate remains unchanged regardless of your departure date, as we do not offer separate rates for individual days.
