Leadership Development Programme – Hope International Ministries

It is the Eldership Team’s heart to help pastors and their core teams breakthrough in the leadership of their churches in a systematic, wholistic and sustainable way. Hence, the Leadership Development Programme (LDP) is birthed. The LDP has a three-pronged aim of equipping in practical application of leadership concepts, nurturing leaders in spiritual growth and fostering competency in leadership skills of growing a global community of multiplying disciples.

This year, the Leadership Development Programme will focus on Senior Leadership Roles. Our aim is to equip pastors, coordinators, and church core teams with essential skills for effective senior leadership. Designed for experienced church leaders, it provides practical tools to cultivate a thriving church culture, mentor future leaders, and ensure sustainable ministry growth.

This course equips leaders with practical skills for handling and resolving conflicts. The Peacemaking Leader includes identifying sources of disagreements, being grounded upon biblical principles of reconciliation, and applying peacemaking techniques to conflicts between church members. In this training, participants will learn to foster a culture of unity and forgiveness within their groups.

Identify sources of conflict in church settings.

Learn biblical principles of conflict resolution.

Apply biblical strategies for resolution.

This course equips preachers to bring life-transforming messages. Messages that connect with the audience, stick memorably in their minds and hearts, as well as inspire transformation through God's Word and the power of the Holy Spirit. Preachers will also gain practical insights and be given opportunities to craft such messages. Some homework assignments will be necessary as part of gaining practical insights.

Connect with diverse audiences through appreciating ourselves and our audiences' context.

Communicate God’s truths in an effective, impacting, sticky manner that empowers the listeners.
