PACT25 was a powerful and transformative gathering held from 14-16 January 2025 at Hope Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Pastors, coordinators, and church core team members from across regions came together to seek God, grow in leadership and strengthen their ministries.
This year, the conference took a fresh approach, beginning with a reflective and intentional mode. Day 1 was designed to help delegates slow down, tune into the Holy Spirit and receive personal revelations. Ps Denis opened with Plenary 1: Heart Change, leading delegates through Invitation, Conviction and Surrender & Belief. Delegates then engaged with Listening Stations, an interactive space thoughtfully curated to help them hear from the Holy Spirit in ways that resonate with their unique spiritual journeys.
Day 2 began with Ps Wilson’s teaching on Nurturing a Healthy Church, introducing eight key health factors and practical applications of natural church development. The Roundtable Critical Discussions followed, where delegates had structured, in-depth conversations on crucial aspects of church health and life stage-based ministry. The evening brought one of the most powerful moments of the conference – Encounter Night. Led by Ps Lai Ling in prayer and ministering, it was a time of extended worship where delegates pressed in, allowing God to bring renewal, restoration and breakthrough.
On Day 3, the focus was on Healthy HIM Family. The morning began with Ps Wilson’s sharing on Sustainable Leadership Multiplication, followed by a leadership panel facilitated by Ps Joshua, where Ps Wilson, Ps Yongyuth and Ps Helen shared wisdom from their leadership journeys. Ps Prakich provided practical insights into Succession Planning, while Ps Simon closed with a compelling session on Leadership Journey, emphasising personal growth, local leadership impact, and expanding national and/or regional influence.
The conference concluded with We Celebrate You, a heartfelt session honouring our past, present and future. Delegates captured special moments at the instant photo booth and added their pictures to the Wall of Connection. A significant highlight was the Time Capsule, where delegates wrote down their hopes, dreams and prayers for the future of their ministries and the HIM movement. As we look ahead to Vision 2030 – a growing global community of 100,000 multiplying disciples in 3,000 locations, these messages serve as a prophetic declaration of faith, believing that God will move powerfully in the years to come. The Time Capsule symbolises unity, commitment and shared vision of our global family, to be opened in the years ahead as a reminder of what we dared to believe for this day.
PACT25 was more than just a conference; it was a defining moment for many. As we leave with renewed faith and fresh vision, let’s continue to build His church with passion and purpose. The journey doesn’t end here. Let’s keep the momentum going with #himpact25!
