Almost 200 participants attended the annual Bible seminar of HIM Thailand entitled “Be Strong and Prepared.”
As usual, the training followed three concepts: Highest Worship, Greatest Love, and Deepest Bible.
Ps. Chuchart Chaisombai spoke on the objective of the LT (from the booklet), stating that the Bible Seminar is intended to grant understanding to all pastors and ministers on how to develop their Christian lives to be strong in every area of their lives and ministries, and to get ready to serve God according to the great commission of Jesus Christ.
He said, “The elders and I hope that all of us will receive abundant blessings. We expect to hear the voice of God through this Bible Seminar and experience blessed fellowship between the servants of God. Moreover, we desire to be united in understanding and able to apply the lessons to our local ministries.”
Speakers Ps. James Loke and Ps. Chaiyaphruek Pewrungnon delivered wonderful and powerful lessons. Ps. Kobchai Chirathiwat shared about the characteristics of effective leaders. Other pastors shared testimonies about their mission trips and how God worked through them.
On the second day of the training, the President and Elders of HIM Thailand officially appointed Dr. Nurot Panich to the position of Elder. His dedication to the Lord is inspiring, and he will surely be a blessing to the church in his new role.
Our vision this year strongly focuses on winning souls, making disciples, and planting churches, together with our heartbeat of “Transform lives everywhere. Teamwork – team win. Commit to each other till the end.”
We believe that God will bring revival throughout Thailand very soon and that we should get ready to welcome a multitude of new believers into the HIM Thailand family.
