On Sunday 16th March 2021, 4 pm, HIM Chiang Mai church celebrated and kicked off the brand-new ministry year by baptizing 39 new converts. The new believers all across 7 HIM Chiang Mai centers decided to get baptized, proclaiming their new lives in Jesus Christ and their commitment to follow Him as His disciples.
Brothers and sisters from all HIM Chiang Mai locations came to worship, congratulate, and celebrate together in this joyful and wonderful event under the careful COVID-19 preventive measures. The church ensured that all participants were safe from COVID-19 by providing ATK testing one hour before the event and encouraging all attendees to constantly wear masks for individual protection.
The event reminds us of God’s greatness and faithfulness to continually bless and multiply his church. This event is a manifestation of His power working powerfully among and through our HIM church family, no matter where we are or what circumstance we are in, to win souls, make disciples, and plant churches despite the ongoing national-scale pandemic.
We are confident that God is working out everything for good to bring people into His Kingdom. We are expecting to see more people get saved, transformed, and brought into the Kingdom of God in the next few months ahead!
